When you contact us or request an OEM or ODM quotation, we may collect your name, company name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, product type, estimated quantity, project requirements, messages and other information you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, access time, cookie identifiers, and website security or diagnostic information.

How We Use Your Information

• Evaluate OEM and ODM product requirements;

Inquiry Forms and Email

Our inquiry forms are operated using WPForms. New submissions are transmitted to our Hostinger business email account. WPForms Lite Connect cloud entry backups are disabled, so new form submissions are not intended to be stored through that service.

Historical encrypted entry backups created before Lite Connect was disabled may remain on WPForms infrastructure for up to one year from their respective submission dates unless deleted earlier.

Hosting and International Processing

Our website, backups, content delivery network and business email are provided by Hostinger. Website information may be hosted or backed up on servers located in the United States, and technical request information may be processed through distributed network locations.

Our company is located in China and our service providers may operate in other countries. Personal information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual, technical and organizational safeguards.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use essential cookies required for security, website functionality, form operation and user preferences.

We also use Google Site Kit and Google Analytics to understand website usage and performance. Depending on your location and choices, Google may process device information, approximate location, pages visited, interactions and cookie or similar identifiers. Business inquiry information and related email correspondence are generally retained for up to 24 months after our last meaningful communication. We may retain information longer when a business relationship continues or when needed for contracts, legal claims, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention or regulatory obligations.

Website backups and technical logs may remain until overwritten or deleted according to the relevant provider's backup and security cycles.
