Getting Started
1. Are you a wetsuit manufacturer or a trading company?
INSEAKU is a professional wetsuit manufacturer based in Dongguan, China. Established in 2016, we operate a 40,000-square-meter manufacturing site with a team of more than 50 employees.
2. Do you provide OEM, ODM and private-label services?
Yes. We support OEM, ODM and private-label wetsuit projects, including product development, material selection, pattern development, custom colors, logo application, labels, packaging and bulk production.
3. What information should I provide to receive a quotation?
Please send us the product type, intended activity, reference images or technical drawings, preferred material and thickness, size range, estimated quantity, logo requirements, packaging needs, destination country and target delivery date.
4. Can you develop a wetsuit from an idea, sketch or reference sample?
Yes. You can provide a sketch, reference product, measurement chart or technical pack. Our team will review the construction and recommend a practical development solution before sampling.
MOQ, Sampling & Pricing
5. What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the wetsuit design, material, color combination, size assortment, logo method and packaging requirements. Our standard MOQ starts from 50 pieces per style, with mixed sizes available.Share your estimated quantity with us, and we will recommend the most suitable production option.
6. Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We recommend confirming a sample before bulk production, especially for new patterns, custom sizing, special materials, logo placement and branded packaging.
7. How long does sample development take?
Sample development normally takes 7 working days after all specifications and artwork are confirmed.
8. How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production begins after written sample approval and deposit confirmation. The production schedule depends on order quantity, material availability, customization complexity and factory capacity.Bulk production normally takes 30 days after sample approval.
9. How is the price of a custom wetsuit calculated?
Pricing is based on material grade, neoprene thickness, lining, seam construction, zipper type, size range, logo method, order quantity, packaging and inspection requirements. A complete specification allows us to provide a more accurate quotation.
Materials & Construction
10. What wetsuit materials can I choose?
Material options can include standard neoprene, high-stretch grades, limestone-based materials, thermal linings and selected alternative materials. Availability will be confirmed according to your performance, budget and market requirements.We can also use custom fabrics from Yamamoto or Yulex for you.
11. How do I choose the right neoprene thickness?
The correct thickness depends on water temperature, activity type, required warmth and flexibility. Common options include 2mm/3mm/5mm/7mm/9mm/10mm constructions. Our team can recommend a suitable specification for surfing, diving, triathlon or other water sports applications.
12. What seam constructions are available?
Seam options may include flatlock stitching, glued and blind-stitched seams, internal taping and other reinforced constructions. The recommended method depends on water temperature, waterproofing requirements, flexibility and target price.
13. What zipper styles can be customized?
Depending on the wetsuit design, options may include back zip, chest zip, front zip and zip-free construction. Zipper selection will be reviewed together with entry comfort, water resistance and product positioning.
14. Do you offer more sustainable material options?
Please tell us if your project requires limestone-based materials, recycled fabrics or natural-rubber alternatives. We will confirm material availability, performance, documentation and cost before sampling.
Sizing, Branding & Packaging
15. Can you use our own size chart?
Yes. We can review your existing size chart or help adapt a size system for your target market. Custom sizing should be confirmed through sample fitting before bulk production.
16. Can I customize the colors and panel design?
Yes. Colors, panel combinations, contrast details and printed patterns can be customized according to your brand design. Final colors should be confirmed using approved material swatches or samples.
17. What logo and branding methods are available?
Branding options may include screen printing, heat transfer, printed labels, woven labels, size labels, care labels and selected embossed or applied logo methods. The final method depends on logo detail, placement, stretch requirements and order quantity.
18. Can you provide custom packaging?
Yes. Packaging can be developed according to your brand requirements, including hangtags, care cards, barcode labels, polybags and cartons. Please provide your artwork, labeling requirements and destination-market instructions.
Quality & Production
19. How do you control product quality?
Quality control covers incoming material checks, measurements, cutting accuracy, seam construction, zipper function, logo placement, workmanship and final packing. Inspection requirements can also be defined according to the approved sample and order specification.
20. How do you ensure the bulk order matches the approved sample?
Bulk production follows the approved sample, material specification, size chart, logo artwork and packaging instructions. Any proposed production change should be confirmed before it is applied to the order.
21. Can I arrange a third-party inspection?
Third-party inspection can be discussed according to your inspection scope, schedule and destination-market requirements. Please inform us before production so the inspection can be included in the order plan.
22. Can you provide test reports or compliance documents?
Available documents depend on the selected material, product construction and destination market. Please provide your required regulations or testing standards before sampling so we can confirm feasibility and documentation.
Payment, Shipping & After-Sales
23. What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms will be confirmed in the quotation according to the order value, customization level and cooperation history. Sample fees, deposit requirements and balance payment terms will be clearly stated before the order begins.
24. What shipping methods are available?
Orders can be shipped by express, air freight or sea freight depending on shipment volume, delivery schedule and destination. We can discuss the most practical shipping option for your order.
25. What export documents can you provide?
Standard export documents may include a commercial invoice, packing list and shipping documents. Additional documents should be confirmed according to your destination country and import requirements.
26. What happens if there is a quality issue?
Please contact us with the order number, quantity affected, photos, videos and a detailed description. Our team will review the issue and propose a solution according to the confirmed specifications and order terms.
27. How do you protect confidential designs?
Please inform us if your project includes confidential patterns, technical files or unreleased branding. Confidentiality and NDA requirements can be discussed before detailed project information is shared.
