Meet Xuemei Zhang.
QC Supervisor · Final inspection
At our September 2026 interview, Xuemei had 10 years of quality-control experience, including eight years at INSEAKU.
A named responsibility before shipment.
Xuemei is responsible for the final quality check of finished goods. When goods do not meet the approved requirements, she can stop their release and require rework or remaking. They must pass reinspection before shipment.
In one order, her comparison with the customer’s original artwork caught a one-letter branding error. The affected goods were held, corrected and checked again before release.
